Executing Strategy executive seminar will have a two days format, and will be extensively based on case discussions as teaching method. We will use the 70/30 formula, i.e. 70% of work and case discussion, 30% of lecturing.
Case discussion is active learning compared to the passive learning of lecturing used by most of the European Universities and business schools. It is dynamic, participative and fun. At same time the learning is more practical, because is related to real business situations.
