We offer a number of custom services to our clients, ranging from custom designed executive education programs, to facilitated executive workshops and speaking engagements.


Custom Executive Courses and Workshops

Our Custom Courses and Workshops are designed and delivered specifically for your company on topics of your choice within our scope and capabilities. In our custom programs, you will work closely with our experienced staff to develop an executive program and curriculum that fits the very specific needs of your organization. These programs can span 2-5 days and be offered at locations of your choice, including your company’s on-site facilities. Scheduling is highly flexible. Typically, you would have 20-60 participants from your company in one of our custom programs.


Speaking Engagements

ECSI founder and CEO Alessandro Di Fiore (download bio), other ECSI Senior Researchers or faculty partners are available for speaking engagements for your corporate or trade events in Europe or Asia. Topics include, for example: The Insight Driven Organization, Growth Strategy, Business Model Innovation, Blue Ocean Strategy, Value Proposition Design, Strategy Execution, Post M&A Integration Strategy.
